Delivery Options
All orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping. Items are shipped First Class. Priority, Express, Overnight shipping is available at an extra cost. Please contact us for rates,

Tracking Your Order
After your purchase is complete and your order is ready for shipping, we will email you a tracking number from the shipping source for your convenience.
Return Policy
FREE returns when you choose store credit! You have 15 days after receiving your items to decide to either keep or return your item. Final Sale items, promotions, discounts and other special incentives and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Consignment Arrangements
Review your items carefully for items that are fault-free, on trend and top brands. Order a consignment kit. A few days later, you will receive a bag to fill with all your pre-loved items, seal it and return it to us with the pre-paid postage.
We will review your items with care thoroughly inspecting them for top quality assurance. Items that meet our high standard of quality are immediately professionally photographed and listed online for sale.
Once your item is sold, paid for and shipped, payment will be sent either through paypal, venmo, or check. Payment terms are 50/50.
Although we do our very best to sell all items that are shipped to us, sometimes items don't sell or aren't meeting our strict requirements for sale. In that case, items can be returned to you. Please click the Returns Items That Don't Sell box on the Consignment Agreement Form. If that box is not checked, all items will be donated to a local charity.
